How To Use
Core includes 2 bottles, and AM product and a PM product.
The AM product contains 60 capsules, or 30 servings. Take 1 serving (2 capsules) in the morning. It can be taken with or without food.
The PM product contains 90 capsules, or 30 servings. Take 1 serving (3 capsules) in the evening an hour or so before bed.
